Ordering Policy Terms of Agreement

Payment, including deposits, are non-refundable. 

— Due to the custom nature of our creations, we do not have a cancellation/postponement policy.  Do not complete your order if your event date is in question. A credit will no longer be issued if an event is cancelled. We may be able to reschedule your order due date. The fee for changing the date is $15 and is subject to availability. This must be done no later that 4 days before your original due date. 

— No refunds for any reason.

— No changes to an order (i.e. size, design, flavor) can be made after payment in made. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

— Please pay quickly to avoid rush fees. The system will automatically cancel orders that are not paid by due date. 

— Designs and Colors are subject to adjustment as seen fit by the decorator. Slight variations from your reference photo are possible, but we will make every effort to capture the overall design according to your specifications. 

ALLERGY ALERT:

— Please be advised that, while we take every possible precaution at our bakery to safely cater to your specific dietary requests and to prevent cross contamination, we do have dairy, eggs, nuts and soy in our kitchen and can not be responsible or held liable for any type of allergic reaction. We thank you for understanding and look forward to baking for your dietary need as safely as possible.
